Adventist Cafe

The Garden Café is a vegetarian cafe on the first floor of the Portland Adventist Medical Center, a 7th day Adventist vegetarian medical center. In the weekend, they have weird hours: 6:30am – 8:30am, 11:15am – 1:15pm, and 4:45pm – 6:30pm (these are the accurate hours, not the ones to the right).

This is a terrible place to go if you are vegan. Most things seem to be dairy based. Almost nothing is labeled, the staff does not know what is vegan, the "vegan" cheese has casein, so there is not much for a vegan to eat besides fruit and salad without dressing. Update: They now have refrigerated sushi that is vegan.
