Veggie dogs and frites! What a great concept. A little pricey, but expected.

Try the veggie prairie dog! Deelish!

Really yummy frites. Buns are nice, but the dogs are not filling. Everything is fried fresh in vegetable oil. Get the pommes frites.

It is a little expensive, but it is cheap for Chelsea.

Skip the fruit based beignets. They were hard, crusty, and too oily. My hopes were dashed when I bit into one. I have been to the mecca of beignets, Cafe du Monde. It broke my heart.

You never thought fast food could be so healthy, delicious, or gourmet. F&B even offers soft-drink bottles of champagne and comes up with cute specials like fried green beens stacked in a french fry container like oversized blades of grass. Veggie dogs are handled seperately from meat products and marked with a little blue heart on the menu. And cute monikers like 'the great dane' and 'praire dog' make ordering lunch amusing. You'll need to get 2 dogs and maybe a fries as well, though, as they are not so filling.
