YC's Mongolian BBQ is similar to, but not affiliated with, YC's Mongolian Grill in Tempe and Scottsdale. But they're essentially the same thing, offering Vegetarians a wide assortment of fresh veggies and sauces to stir fry up into your own unique creation. Add white to your meal and you're livin' large!
Veggie choices include: Beansprouts, Bell pepper, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, Green onions, Mushrooms, Rice Noodles, Onions, Pineapple, Spinach, Tofu, Water chestnuts, and Zucchini.
For sauces, you'll find such selections as: Garlic, Ginger, Sweet and Sour.
For dinner, one serving with tax is $8.05; and all-you-can-eat is just $9.13!
And remember to ask them to clean the grill prior to cooking your veggies.
Located just west of MetroCenter Mall (between Trader Joe's and Sports Authority Superstore), which is just west of I-17, between Peoria Ave and Dunlap.
