Vietnamese

Saigon offers a wide variety of Vietnamese cuisine and reasonably good wine list. A fair number of menu entries are vegetarian. But, Be aware that some of the sauces, stocks, etc tend to be fish or poultry based and may not be listed in the menu description. Macrobiotics and Vegans will likely get by here.

The atmosphere is casual on the side of Almost-Fine dining. The entrees are reasonably priced; maybe a tad bit higher than some chain restaurants with "Weekdays" for names.

This is one of my three favorite restaurants in Greensboro and the best Vietnamese restaurant in the south. The food tastes amazing and is well presented. The wait staff is attentive and courteous. All of the Local food critics repeat their praises for Saigon year after year.
