Mediterranean food including a lot of vegan options
Basha's Mediterranean is a food cart at PSU, right by Smith Memorial Union, in front of the library. They serve a lot of vegetarian and vegan options, including babaganoush, hummus, falafels (vegan upon request), grape leaves, and sometimes soup with pita bread. The prices are very reasonable too. Since it's in the Park, you can get something and sit down on one of the many benches or on the grass.
Note that sometimes they close a bit early if they've run out of food.
