A quality roti shop in Richmond Hill (A train to Lefferts Boulevard). Singh's offers plentiful, simply-prepared vegetarian options like mashed pumpkin and pureed spinach, as well as roti, a giant, warm flat bread.

The food was excellent...rich and satisfying pureed spinach, spiced eggplant, curried chickpeas, and soft roti. The atmosphere was loud and the service was kind of mean. But the trip there was worth it for the food.
