While the majority of our menu is prepared for a vegan diet (no dairy and no animal products) in mind, we are very excited to introduce alternatives such as fish or chicken, it is 100% vegan.
At Organic Harvest we provide 100% certified organic foods. Our food is prepared in the finest all-clad stainless steel pots and pans. Even the healthiest food cooked in improper cookware can have deleterious long term health consequences. We cook with the finest cooking oils which possess the highest smoking points so as to prevent carcinogens from entering your food. In your hands right now is the most diverse and creative health oriented menu in all of New York City. All of our menu items are prepared from scratch daily. We offer delicious soups, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, burgers and entrees. A glorious selection of wheat free, dairy free and sugar free desserts are also available daily. We carry the finest nutritional supplements to complement our smoothies and our juices will provide you the extra burst of energy you've been seeking.

The Organic Harvest Cafe is amazing, in my opinion the best veg-dining option in its area. The menu is incredibly diverse and creative, and the food is delicious. And it's all organic! The restaurant has a few meat items, but it is overwhelmingly vegan. There are also juices and smoothies. Some menu items include the Quinoa Conqueror Salad, Non-Dairy Eggplant Parm, Santa Fe Crepes, Tempeh Reuben, Seitan Enchiladas, Macro Platter, Indian Platter, Indonesian Wrap, Seaweed Salad, etc. Great desserts like the Carob Brownie or Blueberry Tofu Sour Cream Coffee Cake.
