Great organic/vegetarian macrobiotic restaurant!

Bio is a miniature vegetarian paradise in the heart of Buenos Aires! They have a full menu of delicious organic vegetarian food, organic wines, and great juices! Their specialties include milanesas de soja (breaded soy patties), vegetable chop suey with rice, vegetable torte with green salad, grilled polenta with tomato and oregano, and other amazing dishes made with fresh veggies, brown rice, and beans! Not to be missed is their lemonade made with ginger!

They also have lunch specials, but can get very busy on the weekends! They are open for lunch all week long, and open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
