Z Pizza is a rapidly-expanding, California-based chain of pizza restaurants with an emphasis on low-fat menu items. They also carry Daiya VEGAN cheese. Pizza crusts are Vegan and whole wheat is an option. There's also gluten-free crust available, though it's not Vegan. Build your pizza or try one of the specialty pizzas!
