House of Dosas seems like a very popular place with Hicksville's apparently large Indian population. The restaurant gets quite busy with Indian families (and a smattering of non-Indian enthusiasts), though table turnover is relatively fast. Food is served in metal cups and trays in a simple atmosphere, with a menu specializing in -- you guessed it -- dosas, or Indian crepes.

Fabulously tasty Indian food, specializing in dosas (rice and lentil crepes) and uthappams (like a dosa but thicker). A personal favorite of mine is the Thali lunch, which a collection of a bunch of little dishes.
