"Cafe Roka serves modern American food. It is a very personal style of cooking that the chef, Rod Kass, has evolved over several years in different venues. The dishes on our menu are inspired primarily by Italian, California, and new vegetarian cuisines.
"Soups, which vary nightly, are vegetarian based and might be, for example, black bean/smoked white corn, mushroom/potato, or tomato/green chile/cilantro.
"We offer innovative and tasty vegetarian food with two or three vegetarian options on every menu. We make a special effort to provide interesting and good food for those who have special dietary needs."

I wasn't in town during Cafe Roka's very limited hours of operation, but an employee told me that the chef there is happy to adapt his menu for vegans.
Also, it is apparently recommended to make reservations.
