Known for its vegetarian selection

Lulu's on Main is known in the area for having higher quality food than most other local restaurants. Their menu is very vegetarian and vegan friendly; the vegan options are even nicely labeled on the menu as "vegan." They have a few vegan options for lunch and one vegan option and a few vegetarian ones for dinner.

A travel article featured in Fodor's says, "If you need a break from the Smoky's traditional trout, ham, and gravy food groups, this American gourmet diner is considered by many locals as the region's finest restaurant."

Note: In the winter, they close at 8:00pm (an hour early).
