Lots of vegetarian options
Greenleaf Restaurant is located on the Plaza in downtown Ashland Oregon in a historic building, and it offers beautiful creek-side dining. About half to three quarters of the menu is vegetarian. Furthermore, all the vegetarian options are well marked on the menu.

I love Greenleaf because they really know thier menu- I'm a vegan, and every time I've visited my server has been sensitive to my needs. Thier tofu burger is amazing! You can ask for sandwiches to be make without mayo, also. The outdoor seating in the summer is a great place to relax by the Ashland Creek and watch the world go by...
