The Largest Restaurant you may ever venture into
Colossal. That's China One. This place is so immense you might get lost in it. You may even need a cell phone and a map just to navigate in this ultra-clean, super-modern place. (Interestingly, this place is on a street called John Galt - a protagonist with the possibly the biggest ego ever in Literature. A very fitting St name for a restaurant this large, which boasts having the "Best Chinese Food" and "Chinese Food has never tasted so Good!")
With a Chinese restaurant this big, there's bound to be plenty choose from for Vegetarians. And China One doesn't disappoint in that regard. There's a salad bar, a Mongolian stir-fry bar, numerous hot table bars, a dessert bar, and if that's just not enough to satisfy your cravings for Veg Chinese cuisine, there's a regular menu chockful of Veg-friendly items!
Entrees ($6-$7) include:
Vegetable Chow Mein
Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable Lo Mein
Moo Shu Vegetables
Vegetable Egg Foo Young
Broccoli with Rice
Mixed Chinese Vegetables with Rice
Tofu and Veggies with Rice
Ma Po Tofu
Vegetable Delight Combo (with Fried Rice and Egg Roll)
The prices are inexpensive and the choices enormous. No wonder they call this place China One.
On 108th St, just north of Q St (at John Galt Blvd), SW corner.
