I love this place...so even now that I live 30 minutes away-I still drive down here to get their hot and sour soup, sesame chicken, sauteed green beans, peking duck (the best), and their awesome brown rice!!! The food is really good and you can tell them if you want little oil, less salt, etc. and they really listen! You leave feeling satisfied and healthy-unlike some restaurants where you feel weighted down. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quite peaceful. Only thing is they only accept cash-luckily they will kindly direct you to an ATM nearby. This place is the best (and only) vegan restaurant for the area...!
WOW!!! this is a place that you would take your non-vegan friends for some good quality and tasty food. My favorite dish is the Peking duck as well as everything else i get but thats too much to list. Go here for great food and fast-friendly service.
This was the first vegan restaurant I tried. I wasn’t even vegetarian then. I still go often for the wonderful vegan chicken drumsticks in the appetizers. I think it’s the best thing I’ve tried on the menu.
Some of the things can get bland or just not to my taste. It is a very simple restaurant but quite enjoyable. I even got their food for my birthday party last year. But if you go be sure to bring cash because they don’t take credit cards.

Since I have owned 3 gourmet vegetarian restaurants since 1975, I do know quality when I eat it. I have been going to Vegie Wok since it opened probably ten years ago and never had a bad meal. The husband is the chef and Bonnie is his wife and hostess. Tell them I recommended them. LLoyd Itano
