I love Follow Your Heart. We have been going here for ages and I have tried so many things on the menu, though I have a hard time not always getting my favorites. The Zorro Burrito is delicious and the jicama, tangerine side they give you is a unique surprise. The Tandoori and Curry is delicious. It's a lot of food, I always have lunch left over with this meal. The Tandoori Spiced Vegetarian "Chicken" is so yummy. I've also enjoyed very much the Pizza, Organic Tofu Filet Sandwich and they always have a fun selection of soups that changes frequently. So now you see why you must go back again and again. Too many great options to choose from.

I'm in heaven when I'm there the food, the groceries ( a little expensive) and the servers are so nice especially the beautiful twin/triplet brothers I should just ask next time I go in. Which will be soon. I've had brunch: Vegan Option (always) French Toast & Veggie Sausage, lunch: Nutburger and dinner: Meatless Meatball Sub....omg I'm making myself hungry

What a fantastic restaurant and grocery! The grocery was very well-stocked and the prices were reasonable. I grabbed some vegan potato salad for the road (only $3) and an interesting-looking book on the secrets to longevity (only $16!) so we'll see if I'm still posting VegGuide.org reviews 100 years from now.

As for the restaurant, I thought they had a great selection of foods and the portions are huge for the pirce. I started with the vegan eggwich (tofu-like egg thing w/ vegan cheese and avocado on top of an English muffin). This was fantastic, came with fries, and was only $6. It would make the perfect small meal but I'm greedy so I also go the vegan Rueben sandwich. I loved this sandwich and it was HUGE. I took half of it to go and it made a great snack on the plane the next day. I also tried the chocolate mint shake, which was delicious and also very big.

The only thing I didn't care for was my friend's vegan fish sandwich. I understand vegan fish can be hard to do, but FYH didn't even attempt with this one. They just breaded a huge slab of tofu, put some tarter sauce on it, and called it a fish sandwich. The sandwich wasn't bad, in fact, it was fairly tasty, it just wasn't a fish sandwich and it was super heavy on the tofu.

I also appreciated that they had an outdoor dining area, so we got to enjoy our food in the open air, surrounded by plants. It was lovely. :)

I have been dinning at Follow Your Heart since I was a kid. The service is always slow, but always worth it. Big menu to choose from. I have learned to only eat here when I have time on my hands and am willing to hang out. The market is great too, totally vegetarian.

The steamed veggies rock as does the Spanikopita ~ The veggie lasagna is most excellent as well. Chill relaxing vibe, very casual and laid back, comfortable out door patio.

Vegans beware! On several occasions we have not been advised that some of their Vegan Options were not Vegan at all. The Vegan Rootbeer has Honey in it (despite the fact they sell Vegan Rootbeer in their store), and, after specifically ordering Vegan pancakes we were given Cow Butter as opposed to what we ordered. Most times the service has been friendly and forgiving, however, we did have one occasion that the waitress was rude and impatient with us. We were told by a customer service rep that they are understaffed and haven't been able to "train" their new hirees accordingly. Umm, why not just make the restaurant entirely vegan? The difference is not worth the hassles nor the loyal customers going there for the "follow your heart" compassionate beliefs.

The café is definately "cozy," thanks to the constantly packed status that it has earned. The menu is varied (Stir-Fries, Italian, Mexican, Burgers, etc.) and always delicious. They are the makers of Vegennaise, the Follow Your Heart line of dressings, and Vegan Gourmet 'cheese' -which means that you can order a vegan grilled cheese or pizza! They serve breakfast every day, and have phenomenal dairy-free milkshakes (you can blend flavours to invent your own)! Highly recommended is their Reuben (try it with the Cottage Tofu) for vegans and the lasagne for those who "do" dairy.

Very very nice place. They have a grocery store where they sell their excellent vegan cheese, the best I've had. (It actually melts) Next to the grocery store is a nice cozy resturant with delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. They have both traditional dishes turned veggie and also all-new vegetarian cuisine items. Highly recommended! And very cheap!

This is not totally vegan but I found many vegan options on the menu including deserts =)) Their food is great! I love their fruit salad, it's so fresh and tasty!! Their soups are yummy.........their entrees are great I sampled the "chicken" tandouri and had the vegan veggie pie they were really good. I finished off with their heavenly chocolate mousse, it's a paradise for you who are chocoholics =)
