Health store with a cafe that is totally vegetarian with many vegan options and generous portions. Every day their menu features 5 soups, all excellent. Daily specials an excellent choice. We love their Nutburger, the Zorro Burrito, and their creative selection of salad dressings.

Vegans beware! On several occasions we have not been advised that some of their Vegan Options were not Vegan at all. The Vegan Rootbeer has Honey in it (despite the fact they sell Vegan Rootbeer in their store), and, after specifically ordering Vegan pancakes we were given Cow Butter as opposed to what we ordered. Most times the service has been friendly and forgiving, however, we did have one occasion that the waitress was rude and impatient with us. We were told by a customer service rep that they are understaffed and haven't been able to "train" their new hirees accordingly. Umm, why not just make the restaurant entirely vegan? The difference is not worth the hassles nor the loyal customers going there for the "follow your heart" compassionate beliefs.

The café is definately "cozy," thanks to the constantly packed status that it has earned. The menu is varied (Stir-Fries, Italian, Mexican, Burgers, etc.) and always delicious. They are the makers of Vegennaise, the Follow Your Heart line of dressings, and Vegan Gourmet 'cheese' -which means that you can order a vegan grilled cheese or pizza! They serve breakfast every day, and have phenomenal dairy-free milkshakes (you can blend flavours to invent your own)! Highly recommended is their Reuben (try it with the Cottage Tofu) for vegans and the lasagne for those who "do" dairy.

Kind of expensive and cramped, just like the attached store, but a nice assortment of unique dishes I can't get anywhere else. I just have to drive a long ways to get them!

Very very nice place. They have a grocery store where they sell their excellent vegan cheese, the best I've had. (It actually melts) Next to the grocery store is a nice cozy resturant with delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. They have both traditional dishes turned veggie and also all-new vegetarian cuisine items. Highly recommended! And very cheap!

This is not totally vegan but I found many vegan options on the menu including deserts =)) Their food is great! I love their fruit salad, it's so fresh and tasty!! Their soups are yummy.........their entrees are great I sampled the "chicken" tandouri and had the vegan veggie pie they were really good. I finished off with their heavenly chocolate mousse, it's a paradise for you who are chocoholics =)
