Reasonably priced Mediterranean food.

Pita! Pita! is a good place to eat if you're in the Pasadena area and have about $10 on you. You can get the vegetarian combo for about $8. It includes falafel, hummus, pita bread, beans, rice, tabouleh salad, stuffed grape leaves and baba ghanouj. (Avoid the baba ghanouj if you're a vegan. The menu states that it is vegan but it is NOT. The chef informed me that they use goat milk in it. Anyway, they will happily give you another scoop of hummus in it's place. It is GOOD hummus and a TON of it.)

With the Falafal wrap you can eat for less than $5 (sans drink).

The food is excellent and cheap. There is a ton of it and is really rather healthy. It's a shame that the babbaganoush is labeled wrong, but the food is really good, and great for a broke college student!

They told us the baba ganoush was pure vegetarian too, when we asked if anything had dairy in.

The food's OK, but everything tasted way too much of citrus - I suspect it was citric acid too, rather than lemon juice - we both felt rather ill afterwards.
