Celestial Palace is, hands-down, my favorite restaurant I ate at in the Sydney area. It is all vegan, the atmosphere is so awesome--tranquil, elegant, organic, and very beautiful--and the food is delicious. I had the Vietnamese roll--the best appetizer ever--, and a wonderful hot pot. There is a lot of variety to choose form and all dishes include a corresponding picture on the menu! The excellent quality does come at a price, however. Meals are generally expensive, but not so much that it will break your wallet.
