Vegan pizzas

A small pizza shop that makes vegan pizzas. While they have a small dining area they are really set up for delivery.

They have both vegan and non-vegan cheese, and have extensive vegan toppings, including sausage, salami, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, olives, various beans, pine nuts, jalapenos, roasted garlic, and more.

I ordered the vegan salami/sun dried tomato/roasted garlic pizza and my friend had a vegan jalapeno and sausage pizza. Both pizzas were really good but the vegan cheese garlic bread was a little dry and over oregano-y.

We looked up the ingredients and such online and found that the website has really old prices and they charge you more when you get to the restaurant. Not cool.

Pizza Plaza now has vegan cheesecake available created by a local vegan!!! There's one flavor to begin-Chocolate Swirl-but if its popular more flavors will be added. Check it out and tell a friend!!!

While pricey, I think Pizza Plaza is really great. They have fake meat options that are really good, and their pizza is incredible. I love ordering food from Pizza Plaza when I have money, and maybe even more than Lanesplitters, which also has really good vegan pizza. It's true though, I wouldn't want to eat there because it is kind of awkward. Plus, it's more fun to have it delivered, hang out with friends, watch a movie and drink some wine.

Decent vegan pizzas; I could imagine myself ordering pizzas from these guys if I was out of other eating ideas. We made the mistake of "dining-in" (beyond terrible ambiance) but that did give us the opportunity to ask questions of the counter worker.
