Cafe with lots of vegetarian options
Rainbow Cafe, located downtown near Yale University, is a cafe with bright pink walls that serves a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes. There are not a lot of vegan dishes but you can get vegan stir fries, salads with tofu instead of chicken, hummus roll ups, sandwiches, and pastas if you ask for the vegetarian dishes to be veganized. They also have vegan ABC (Alternative Baking) cookies.
