Great food, friendly staff, and they knew what vegan was when we phoned! Several menu items are already vegan, others can be if you miss the cheese. They always use olive oil.
We had the Panuchos - like a soft tostada, stuffed with pureed black beans, fried in oil and topped with avocado, cabbage, marinated onions and tomatoes, onions and cilantro, served with steamed rice and black beans. Very tasty. Oh, and the margaritas are good!
