Food Co-op with lots of veg options
The Ashland Food Co-op is a 31-year old co-op that sells a lot of organic, locally produced, and fairly traded products, including a lot of organic produce. They have body care and vitamins sections too, a deli, a salad bar, and a juice bar. The salad bar and the deli include a lot of veg options.

Excellent! The Coop is stocked with an abundance of choice and great quality. I ordered a refreshing Berry Blast from the juice/smoothie/shake bar. They have a deli with a variety of vegetarian and vegan choices. Several of the salads have Quinoa, which was definitely a plus! I made a plate with kale, lentil Quinoa salad, and a black rice salad. It was delicious and satisfying. I did not buy any produce, although it looked very fresh and appealing. The Coop is tucked away in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but people from all over go to this amazing place. Please support the best Coop I have been to yet!
