Where ever I live, I crave this food! Crispy rolls (no pork hiding in there), veggie bowl (no sign of chicken broth anywhere!), Vietnamese spring rolls -- I love it all! Yes, it's inexpensive, but I don't think you need to spend tons to get good food and have leftovers for the next day.

Penny's is a great place -- it's cheap, good, comfortable, and friendly. There are enough veg choices to make it worth a repeat visit.
