Cars-R-Coffins has coffee, food, and bikes!
On the corner of 34th St and Lyndale Ave S sits a great new little coffee shop that has vegan sandwiches from Black Cat, vegan bars from French Meadow, vegan soup from I know not where, wireless internet, and friggin' bikes! Bikes! When it's nice out the front opens up so you get some great fresh air too.

I love their name and agree with their philosophy that cars are a form of death, and that people should bike more. Hear! Hear! As a cafe, however, it's decidedly average, although it has a somewhat pleasant ambiance.
If you'd like to pay $6 for a prepackaged sandwich or wrap (most of them with meat), drink a Peace Coffee, and look at some cool vintage bikes and books while eating and drinking, this is your place. As for me, I'd rather eat at Crema or Gigi's nearby.
