The St. Louis Park location offers homemade soups including 3 vegan soups offered each day. Current varieties include curry lentil, garden vegetable, and black bean and rice. They also have hummus wraps and veggie sandwiches.

Excellent vegan soups, friendly service, and free breadsticks, this a great place for a quick lunch.
i visited this place on my lunch break since i can access it through the skyway. i had the acovado hummus wrap and it was superb and super filling! lots of veggies too.
the only thing i would say about d brian's is that it is fairly busy around lunchtime. i saw they offered some breakfast items but i did not see if any of these could be made vegan. also, they looked like they had some vegan soups which is nice. my wrap alone was $6.43, so kind of expensive, but you get a pickle! :)
