A vegan friendly chain restaurant in the 'burbs.

Pei Wei Asian Diner is a new chain of restaurants to sprout up in the suburbs. It's an ideal choice for people who like dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan, and Korea. Look for the leaf icon on the menu to see all that is vegan.

I had sweet-n-sour tofu and it was fine.

I had a rice bowl that was really good, a large portion for $6.50. The veggies are really fresh and they use some interesting tofu that is marinated and comes in thin strips. This place is pretty veg. friendly if you're in the suburbs.
