Our mission here at solar Harvest™ is to provide quality, natural food selections that enable our guests and clients, be they hurried office workers with only a few minutes to spare or others just looking for a quick meal option that does not compromise their healthy lifestyle, to maintain optimal health and a balanced lifestyle in a nurturing environment. By natural we mean whole grains, unrefined flours and sweeteners, organic or sustainable produce and proteins and minimal amounts of added salt. And our goal is to fulfill our mission while supporting local producers and sustainable agriculture.

Not vegan, but looks quite vegan-friendly, with options throughout the menu, and the restaurant is otherwise eco-minded. Check out their site for more info on construction materials used in the restaurant.
