Vegetarian diner food with a funky atmosphere
The Saturn Cafe is nearly 100% vegetarian (except for a couple tuna items), with lots of vegan choices, including nachos, soup, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, and vegan desserts including cake, pie, and soy ice cream.
They also serve beer and wine, and they're open really late.
The atmosphere is very funky, a sort of mix of punk and hippie, along with a Rock-ola jukebox and gender-neutral bathrooms.

This place is a lot of fun, and the late hours are definitely a bonus. I had a vegan burger with grilled onions, and some delicious steak fries. The best part, however, was the vegan nachos. I also had the tofu chocolate pie for dessert, which was quite tasty.
It's not the best food I've ever had, but getting vegan junk food is always fun, and it wins bonus points for being open late and having a fun atmosphere.
