I went to Sweet Basil Thai Express near the University of Oregon and it was good. The line was long because it has become a hot spot around campus, but it moved quickly. I ordered the House Red Curry vegetarian style and it was yummy. It came with veggies and white rice covered with peanut sauce and coconut milk. I am not sure if they serve brown rice, but that would definitely be a nice addition to the menu. The food is spicy and the portions are satisfying. I would go back.
