I have a couple of Vegetarian Shoes things, and I actually got a faux leather jacket directly from them when I couldn't find my size at one of the U.S. carriers. They were extremely helpful with respect to shipping (not too bad to the U.S.), and the item actually arrived one week after they shipped it.
I bought some shoes from them last year and have worn them everyday to work, still kickin', but i need something for winter :)
