The Red Victorian Bed and Breakfast, and Peace Cafe, is a historic and refreshing stop in San Francisco's Haight district. The establishment offers film screenings and food nights, and is a great stopover for visitors to the area. Fare is vegetarian, inexpensive, and tasty.

It's somewhat of a strange environment, but they have both vegetarian and vegan options. They have vegan crepes, enchiladas and a couple other things. The crepes were tasty, if a bit bland.
Beware, the workers seem a little flighty and once tried serving me potato salad (dairy) with my vegan crepe. I educated them on how serving something non-vegan with a vegan dish might not be the best idea.
