Campus Buffet
Sorin Dining Hall has added numerous vegan options. They have options like tofu dogs, vegan deli meats, vegan cheeses, vegan nayonaise, tofutti cuties, vegan parmesan cheese, and tofutti cream cheese to name a few. They also have different vegan creations depending on what they are serving each day. They are open to the public daily.

Sorin is located of Englewood Street in St. Paul, right across from Super America.

GBS:
If you are vegan, basically all you can eat is stir-fry (which is only open sometimes), salad bar, or hummus sandwich. Don't go here, unless you have to because you have a meal plan like I do.
