Hot local music and good eats
The Dinkytowner is well known for hosting local artists and dance nights, but also offers standard American fare. More vegetarian-friendly than vegan, the Dinkytowner offer nachos, a veggie burger, pancakes, hashbrowns, etc.

They don't offer many options for vegetarians, and probably none for vegans, but I love their veggie burger (not sure whether it's veggie or vegan) and French fries. I don't know why, but it's one of the best of such combos in the Twin Cities.
Plus, it's in a creepy / cool basement trendy-hipster pool lounge, with the atmosphere to match. You'll either love it or hate it.
Beware the odd aberration in Monday hours (as listed) if you're looking for something to eat for dinner... no dice.
