Golden Palace offers the following vegan options on their menu: Mixed Vegetables Deluxe, Ma Po Tofu, Kung Pao Tofu, Braised Bean Curd & Vegetables, Snow Peas with Chinese Black Mushrooms, Vegetable Lo Mein, and Vegetable Fried Rice. The atmosphere is like the traditional Chinese restaurants that offer menu style dining, it's authentic and comfortably fancy.

First of all, I'm very excited to see that there is a vegetarian section on the menu. Before now, I hadn't been able to think of any really veg. friendly places in Willmar.
The food is good and the presentation is even better. I'm not such a huge fan of the sauces though. Both sauces that came with the Ma Po Tofu and the Braised Bean Curd & Vegetables were a little boring. However, this is a nice place to go, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great.
This is one of the few vegetarian-friendly restaurants in the Willmar area. The service is good and the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are about 6-7 entrees listed under the vegetarian column of the menu. Also, you can substitute tofu on most entrees on the menu. I usually substitute friend tofu for chicken on the Sesame chicken-love the sauce.
