Mayuri Palace has a bountiful supply of vegan and vegetarian dishes at their elegant lunch buffet; or try a dish off their extensive menu, featuring appetizers, entrees, and desserts from Southern and Northern Indian cuisine.

Appetizers include
Vegetable Samosa (seasoned potatoes & peas in a crispy pastry shell)
Vegetable Pakoras (mixed vegetables & chick pea flour fritters)
Chili Pakoras (spicy Jalapeños & chick pea flour fritters)
Paneer Pakoras (Indian cottage cheese & chick pea flour fritters)
Chilli Paneer (pan fried spicy indian cottage cheese cubes)
Chilli Baby Corn (pan fried spicy baby born)
Gobi Manchurian (batter fried cauliflower florets tossed in our signature Indo-Chinese sauce)
Idli (steamed rice cake, served with sambar and chutneys)
Medhu Vada (fried lentil donuts - South Indian favorite ,served with sambar and chutneys)
Sambar Vada (sambar dipped lentil donuts garnished with cilantro)
Dahi Vada (yoghurt dipped lentil donuts garnished with spices and sweet tamarind chutney)

Dal Curry South Indian Style(yellow lentil cooked in mild spice)
Makhani Dal (delicately spiced and gently simmered lentil)
