We went here with my in-laws on a Saturday afternoon and they had a buffet, so that answers that question. :) I don't deal with buffets well at all and was relieved that they also allow you to order anything off of the menu during buffet hours - something that some other Indian restaurants don't do. The samosas were good, but smaller than average and the mixed vegetable dish was very good. I ordered it medium spicy and I think they did an excellent job of hitting that mark. The service was good - the waiter knew exactly what was and wasn't vegan, which I always appreciate.

Taste of India has a lunch good buffet and vegetarian/vegan carryout specials during the Monday-Friday lunch hour. I'm not sure if they have the buffet at any other times, but it may be worth checking out. The veggie take out special that I ordered came with a large variety of food including a dessert for around $6. The service is very good and the staff can speak English well and know which options are vegetarian and vegan.
