Veg-Friendly Thai in Mesa with a Very Simple Name

Don't be fooled by the name. Mike Thai is simple-sounding, but the food is nothing short of exquisite.

Appetizers include:
Spring rolls (steamed or fried)
Tempura Veggies (deep-fried)

Salads:
Papaya (with string beans, tomatoes, and peanuts)
Veggie (with just about every vegetable in the joint!)

Entrees (can be made with or without tofu) and include:
Curry dishes (red, green, yellow, pineapple, etc.)
Stir fries (choose from a dishes featuring a variety of Veggies)
Noodle dishes
