Vegan pop-up, catering and cooking classes
From farm to table, we choose our ingredients from our favorite producers, and prepare menus based on the principal that less is more. The vegetables we use from Growing Hearts Farm in Wingdale, NY are genuinely loved by the farmers that grow and harvest them. That means that Abby really does sing a song to her beans, and then sings a completely different song to her squashes. These are the traits we look for in our producers, traits that guarantee quality produce.
And when we set down to make a menu, that's what we showcase. Fruits and vegetables treated with the same care as they were given when they were grown and picked for us. Simple food, prepared with care.
