The Spring Street Cafe is a vegetarian and vegan friendly place in downtown Sylva, located right below the City Lights Bookstore. They serve hummus, falafels, soups, salads, tofu pad thai, curries, veggie burritos, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan food.

Very COOL (locally owned) little restaurant with bookstore attached.
Great vegetarian choices with attention to baked goods and fresh ingredients.
Lunch and dinner menus were equally interesting.
Beautiful little outdoor garden area.
