An upscale restaraunt featuring contemporary American cuisine.

Confluence is a chef-owned restaraunt open for dinner Wednesday thru Sunday. There is a casual menu from 4:30-6pm, and after that things get a little fancier. The menu changes weekly, and the menu items are determined by what is available seasonally. They aim to make the dining experience intimate and personal, so reservations are encouraged. Be sure to specify that you would like a vegetarian or vegan meal. Most weeks there is a vegetarian option, but with notice the chef can easily accomodate vegans.
