This place isn't known for the most amazing service, but the waiter I had was pretty nice and the food was really good and came fast. They have a HUGE menu, which I find a bit frustrating, but some may enjoy. Most items don't list tofu in the description (only list a choice of various meats), but after the price, they list a veg price and you can ask for tofu (no extra charge).

I had the squash curry, which seems to be one of their most popular items, and it was absolutely delicious. The steamed veggies with peanut sauce appetizer was also great. The veggies were perfectly steamed and had a lot of flavor.

Despite the often slow service because they are usually under-staffed, this is my favorite restaurant in Milwaukee. I usually order one of two dishes, the Musammun curry or the Basil noodles. They also have an wonderful Ginger-vegetable salad with tofu and a peanut dressing that is to die for. What I especially love about this place though are their spring rolls: the best I've ever had anywhere, because they are FRESH, not deep-fried like at most places. Tofu, rice vermicelli, fresh mint and cilantro, crispy carrots, lettuce and cucumber, served in rice wrappers, sprinkled with crushed peanuts and an amazing sweet peanut dipping sauce. Trust me when I say you won't be disappointed.
