Excellent airport option! I attempted to order the enchiladas de avocado, but was told by the waiter that without the cheese, they'd be pretty boring. He said they could make me vegan tacos with shrooms, artichokes, peppers, avocado, etc. THEY WERE DELICIOUS! And cheaper than any entree on the menu (~$12). If I have a long layover here again I'll definitely be back!

Picked this restaurant because not many vegan options in DFW. The Avocado Enchilladas were fabulous, and they kept the cheese off. Avocado, artichokes on spinach with a tomatillo sauce was great and the jicama salad was really a great touch. Salsa and chips are endless. The guacamole was thick and good. If you are flying American, it is worth the time (took about 35-30 minutes), but I was thrilled.
