Mexican sandwich cafe
Manny's Tortas is a bright cheery cafe serving Mexican sandwiches, a few appetizers, and a few desserts. It's an order-at-the-counter place but there's plenty of comfortable seating. They have a very basic menu, and as a vegetarian your only choice really is to get the "vegetarian sandwich." But you can ask for extra avocado or an egg on it. If you don't like spicy ask them to hold the jalapenos.

This is a really good sandwich. It's a hot (melted) sandwich with delicious spicing. And the vegetarian sandwich is only $4.95! For dessert there's strawberries and cream, flan, Mexican hot chocolate, yum! As of writing this Manny's started having late night hours until 3am on Friday and Saturday.
the only reason i gave this a 5 is because i didn't like my sandwich AT ALL, but my husband LOVED his. i'm way more picky than he is, so take his word for it, i guess!
