Middle Eastern restaurant
Once Ann Arbor's tiniest Middle Eastern restaurant, Jersualem Garden has increased the seating space without changing so much as a chick pea on its pithy, impossibly cheap menu. The biggest seller is the falafel: ground chick peas, garlic, onion, and parsley deep-fried into crisp, amber patties and wrapped in a pita with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of rich, creamy babaganouj, a tart hommus or refreshing, bright green tabbouli. There's other stuff worth checking out, like a deceptively simple, fragrant lentil soup, grape leaves stuffed with nutmeg-infused rice and raisins, and deep-fried bulghur wheat.

Good, inexpensive, & quick standard Lebanese food.

It's like fast food but delicious and Middle Eastern. You can get a meal for under $4 if you plan it right. The lentil soup and the fattoush salad are amazing. I highly highly recommend this place!
