We are a full service bakery, offering a full line of fresh, baked from scratch products every day. We use the finest quality ingredients, organic and locally grown if possible. We make everything by hand, and bake it fresh every day.
Start your day with a cup of our custom roasted organic coffee, your choice of a wide variety of teas, or pick from our large selection of juices. Enjoy one of our breakfast pastries – like our flaky turnovers, muffins that have customers gushing that they are the “best I ever had”, our signature “morning glory breakfast cookie”, or a croissant. Join us at lunch for a cup of soup and a fresh baked slice of bread, for a treat like cookies, biscotti, brownies, or for a delectable French style pastry such as éclairs, individual tarts in a variety of flavors, and cannolis.
Stop by anytime for that perfect dessert, cupcakes, and our famous hand dipped sugar cookies.

HCB provided a desert table at the Farm Animal Forum 2005 in Boston, which I attended. Their food is top notch and I don't think there is a question that they were the most popular people in the room. Cakes, cookies, chocolate thingies that were beyond good.
