I tried to write an email to them, but they have an invalid email address on their site. This is what I wrote:
My husband just picked up food for our family for dinner tonight. You should be ashamed making and selling food like this. The rice is disgusting and the naan isn't even edible. I have eaten Indian food everywhere from fine dining establishments to on Air India, and yours is absolutely the worst. I wanted to get in the car to return the food for a refund, but my husband said he's hungry so we're keeping this barely edible meal. I don't know how you can stay in business. The only thing that has any redeeming value at all is the children's dal. Everything else is disgusting, and you should be embarrassed to serve it. I will make sure to pass this experience along to all of my friends. What a waste of $60!
I literally did not eat my food at all. You know something's wrong when you can't even eat garlic naan. We would have been better off getting frozen naan from Trader Joe's. It was literally the worst Indian food I've ever had in my life. I would take airline Indian food over this nasty garbage. I wish I could give them ZERO stars!
