Local Pizza Place
This is a great pizza place in Waldo, which is just a bit South of the Country Club Plaza. They have vegan soy cheese and a good selection of beers on tap.

This is the only place to get a soy cheese pizza in Kansas City. Their pizza is great and they have a decent salad bar.
