Elegant California-infuenced Kosher cuisine with non-dairy vegetarian options

This is an Orthodox Jewish dairy-free restaurant, and guests are not even allowed to bring in any dairy products. Some of the vegetarian options might therefore be vegan, while others contain eggs. The servers are well-informed about which is which, and will check with the chef when necessary. The menu changes seasonally and has relatively few vegetarian options, but there is at least one high-quaity appetizer, salad, and entree at any time, and several unique non-dairy desserts that could include icecream, creme brulee, apple crisp, and warm chocolate brownie with chocolate gelato.
