They are 100% local and they can the produce they can't get in the winter. They have a rotating menu due to the change in seasons. The flavors incorporated in the food are fantastic. I go here regularly and have yet to eat something I don't like. Their food is about $9 per plate and worth it. I love that it is assumed that you want to eat vegan, so if you want real cheese they will ask, otherwise you better ask for it! Hands-down the best vegan food I have ever had!
This place has amazing amazing amazing food. The cauliflower sandwich is the best! I love the menu changing daily... and love the fact that the produce is bought local.
The fact that the staff are the ones that own the restaurant makes it even better!
It is a little smallish, but the food is worth the tightness. (give em' a brake they're just starting out!)
Good prices for what you get.
